1. Agreement Overview

By engaging the services of ARM Design and Build, hereafter referred to as “the Company,” you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client, hereafter referred to as “the Client,” and the Company.

2. Scope of Work

The Company will provide interior design and build services as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal. Any additional work outside the scope of the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be detailed in the project proposal. A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of any work. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

4. Changes and Revisions

Any changes or revisions to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes requested after the commencement of the project.

5. Project Timeline

The Company will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but the Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe.

6. Client Cooperation

The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the completion of the project. Delays caused by the Client may result in additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

The Company retains the rights to all original designs and materials created during the project. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final design for its intended purpose.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information received from the other party, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and project details.

By engaging the services of ARM Design and Build, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
